PLEASE HELP ME--EBAY CELL PHONE?

Ok so i was doing a little looking on ebay and i seen this phone that is a dual sim cell phone from china, and they took a sprint evo phone and made it for at&t and tmobile users but its $120 so i was wondering if this seems fishy to anyone else and if anyone has any reviews on these kind of phones..good or bad. Positive answers appreciated.
