Do i have to pay more for a phone if i don't get the web plan it tells me to get?
The phone is from T-mobile and it is a smart-phone, some are the HTC HD 2, blackberry curve, Sidekick, and samsung behold rose/expresso.
It usually depends. You might be able to get around that plan, So if it tells you to have the internet/data plan, then you usually need to get that plan. But if you can get around it, then may be paying extra for that phone. Or your basic plan price will rise.
