How would this cell phone idea work in US?
So, as soon as I get a job (I'm a very busy highschooler) I want to buy this phone. It looks awesome, and I wouldn't mind paying so much, since I usually don't break or lose my items.

Assuming I can find it on an alternative site where it's actually in stock, how would this work with a verizon individual plan? I was on the website, and it appears you need to buy or take advantage of one of their free phones to use the plan. Or am I missing something....?
Anyway even if that specific phone can't be bought, there are other ones that weren't on the verizon site that would apply to this question.
First of all, all the "China" phones are GSM devices, which means they require a SIM card. Verizon is not a GSM carrier, they are a CDMA carrier, which means NONE of these phones would work on their network.
The only kind of phones that work on Verizon's network are CDMA devices. You should learn the difference.
Besides, most of these China phones are crap and barely work with American GSM carriers.

US $168.00
