Where to find the best cell-phone service?
Where can I find the most reliable/durable cell-phones, with a service which will charge a "reasonable" amount, per month. I, recently, had a Motorola, with TracFone, and although I consider TracFone to be an excellent service provider, the Motorola phone I was using was junk. No Joke: The first time it got wet, it short-circuited. This is why I am asking for a service, which has durable phones, caller i.d., free incoming calls (if possible), and nationwide usability. If a discount price, or pre-paid, is available, that would be all the better. Does such a phone/service exist????

Want a Really Reliable phone that is great in all kinds or weather.
