Cell Phone with a bad esn What works?
I am looking at a $500 cell with a bad esn FOR CHEAP. will anything work (I know the cell phone itself will not) WIFI Work? Mp3 Player work? It has a Radio will it work? Camera? Excel for PC. I assume all these things will still work.
