I reset my motorola wireless gateway & now its locked?
in my neighborhood there are wifi gateways everywhere but the signal is so low that i can only connect to it at my window seal. well i accidently logged into to the gateway and reset it back to factory settings. The oringal ssid was "Motorola" and it was unsecure but after i reset it it now says "Motorola-6ea76" and it is wpa secured. now i cant login into it to undo what ive done becuase of the password it reset to a wpa. PLEASE HELP
lol, sounds like your neighbor found out you reset his router, so he implemented wpa wireless security to keep you out =P if this is the case, then either kindly ask your neighbor for his password, or give up and buy your own networking equipment and set up your own wireless network.
or, if you mean that this is your router, then just press the little reset button on the back for 5 seconds or so (while it is plugged in and on)
