Head of Radiation: WHO study shows that cell phone-cancer connection
Ten years ago, and a host of legal battles, the World Health Organization (WHO) published a small but inconclusive studies how the radiation emitted by cell phones is bad for you.
In particular, the WHO, "suggested" a "possible" link between cell phone use and brain tumors. The tentative language undoubtedly was influenced by the cell phone industry then flourishing --- back when the Apple iPhone, Motorola and the Droid broker non-Blackberry models were just a sparkle in the eyes of developers.
Today we learn that the WHO study decades-long, called Interphone provides a clear and defined between what they call "heavy cell phone users and an increased risk (10 to 30 percent) of brain tumors, compared with people do not use them. For those of you who use Bluetooth headsets all day, the WHO study suggests you might want to put them in a magazine or something when you're not on a call. There is a high risk, although slightly smaller than place the phone against your ear, you can get a tumor as well.
--- I have to ask rhetorically, that does not use a cell phone today? Does this mean we're actually in a pandemic of brain tumors later like swine flu? How will this affect the health insurance quotes? "The companies on the basis of inflating the number of hours used your mobile device? It is not known yet, but the insurance reforms is likely to come as a result of this study.
I remember thinking back in the late 80 that fat Motorola "Brick" phone that dragged all the time so hot against my ear, was to have nuclear launch codes hidden somewhere. Why else would they be designed with this rigidity, the rubber antennas, missiles, as pointed confidence in the sky? But back then, microwave ovens were the size of college dorm refrigerators with a whimper angry that dims the lights when turned on, and one thing spinning, silver disc on top which made the hot food in one hand (no plate glass, not uniformly hot-dinner).
I that if my mom a box of radiation to cook the peas and pop our popcorn, why worry about a phone that could transmit conversations real-time total --- --- thousands of miles away without a cable?
Well, shortly after Motorola released the first "your pocket" (It never really fits in your pocket, unless you wore jeans that were three sizes too big --- Ah, but Motorola was early --- That trend was years away), Motorola lawyered up and has filed a lawsuit in virtually all jurisdictions in the country to prevent us from implementing Superfund stipends, crushing our new toys and send them to Love Canal.
The full WHO study will not be known until next month, but you can bet mobile phone / smartphone manufacturers are preparing their proposals for judicial resolution at this time.
So I will be turning off their devices Mobile anytime soon? --- Ah! I have to go. My blackbery

To most people, health insurance is a plastic card with numbers that gets you into the doctor’s office and a little booklet of paper that lives in your filing cabinet, closet or some dusty corner of your home. To Michael, health insurance and the historical reforms that go along with the inequality of healthcare in America are topics of healthy discussion, worthy of further study and catalysts for education and action.
