How do you completely clear your info from a cell/PDA to sell?
I have a new Blackberry Storm, but have been asked to get an iPhone with service - no expense on me, all theirs.
I want to protect my privacy by really making sure my info is gone from the phone before selling it. Thank you in advance.
On the blackberry, set a password for access. Lock the phone. Put in the wrong password 10 times in a row ( a couple of times it will ask you to confirm by typing in Blackberry). After the tenth attempt, the phone will wipe clean and reset to how it was when you took it out of the box.
