I switch to t mobile, and i plan on buying an unlocked phone, what is the difference between tri and quad band
how do i benefit from either one or those it really matters
You'll be fine with a tri band phone. The most common frequencies your phone will run off of in the US will be 1900 mghz and 850 mghz. The other two frequencies, 1800 and 800 I believe are for overseas travel.
