Cell phone in Germany?
I'll be going to Germany next week (I live in the US). My Verizon phone will most likely not work over there unless I have a GSM world phone. Anyway, I was looking at T-Mobile and AT&T phones because they both use the GSM network, like Europe. Will t-mo or att prepaid phones work in germany or would I be better off with something else?
You're better off getting a cheap unlocked GSM phone, and get a pre-paid sim card from Germany and pop it in there to use while you're visiting. This is the cheapest way and is very simple.
